It’s renewal time and we’re doing things a little differently. Instead of mailing out paperwork to everyone, we’re emailing and posting instructions online and at the clubhouse.
This year, membership renewal takes two things: Submitting a payment and submitting a waiver. You can pay with Paypal, Check or Cash. You can print a waiver from the website or fill one out at the club. See the specific instructions below.

Working Membership: $80
Non Working Membership: $200
(add $5 if paying by Paypal )
STEP 1 – Payment Instructions
There are three options for payment: PayPal, check, or cash
Payment by PayPal

A $5 surcharge is added automatically when you use these links to pay by PayPal.
Remember also to submit a completed waiver form (see below).
Payment by Check
Please write “SCA Membership 2025” on the memo line of your check and insure the name on your check matches your membership information. If using a company check, add your name on the memo line.
Mail check to the SCA PO Box at the bottom of the page

Fill out a Membership envelope at club, place your check and completed waiver (see below) in the envelope and place the envelope in the dropbox.
Payment by Cash
Fill out a Membership envelope at the club, place cash and completed waiver (see below) in the envelope and place the envelope in the dropbox.
Do not send cash in the mail!
Waiver Instructions
You can download and print the waiver form from the website or fill out blank waiver forms at the clubhouse. The waiver form is available from the link on this page and from the Club Documents page, accessible from the Club Information menu item.
Remember to fill out the waiver on both sides.
Once you have completed and signed the waiver, you can send it to the PO box below or drop it in the clubhouse dropbox. Remember, your membership renewal is not complete until we receive the completed and signed waiver.
